Remember, book all delegates for one site onto one online booking. We would prefer you to pay online using a debit card, however there is an option to send a cheque. Credit cards can be used but we regret there will be a surcharge on these to cover the extra bank costs that are incurred. Your booking co-ordinator will be responsible for allocating individual sites within your church area.

*A limited number of single hostel rooms are available on site. All the rooms are single rooms, with their own sink. They have a shared toilet and a shower room on each floor (shared with 6-8 rooms).A hostel booking does not include food. Each hostel block has a lounge and kitchen area on the middle floor of each block. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle. There is no cutlery, plates or cooking utensils provided.
Please note only one room is equiped for a disabled person and is available on a first come first served basis. If you have a special need please speak to us before booking.
The rooms are student rooms and basic. The cost will be £110 before the cut-off date and £132 afterward, but you are encouraged to book early if you require this type of accommodation.
