Remember, book all delegates for one site onto one online booking. However if there are people 18 and under with their own tent they will need to be put on the booking form with the adults. We would prefer you to pay online using a debit card. Credit cards can be used but these cost us more to process. Your booking co-ordinator will be responsible for allocating individual sites within your church area. Children up to and including age 3 are free. Note there are no groups for this age.
Hostel
*A limited number of single hostel rooms are available on site. All the rooms are single rooms, with their own sink. They have a shared toilet and a shower room on each floor (shared with 6-8 rooms).A hostel booking does not include food. Each hostel block has a lounge and kitchen area on the middle floor of each block. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle. There is no cutlery, plates or cooking utensils provided.

The rooms are student rooms and basic. The cost is £132 and you are encouraged to book early if you require this type of accommodation.

Which ticket?
Servers
If you're over 18 and going to serve at any point you'll need to book a server ticket. This is the same price as a regular delegate ticket but enables you to select your serving options and generates your server paperwork.
Children
Children 3 and under go free. Note there is no childrens work for children 3 and under. Please book children in by 1 August 2010 to ensure that we can meet the required adult:child ratios.
Day Visitors - children's groups
To ensure continuity and that we can meet the required adult:child ratios, day visitors' children need to be booked in before 1 August 2010, and for all 3 morning sessions.
Booking confirmation
Your named booking contact will receive a booking confirmation e-mail. Please keep this e-mail as it contains your login details and password to the Newfrontiers booking system, so that you can amend your booking details and replace or add new delegates if required.
Delegates who have booked to serve at together@shuttleworth will receive a server confirmation e-mail as well as their delegate booking confirmation e-mail. The server confirmation e-mail will contain a form that you need to complete and return.
Booking queries
For booking and payment queries, please e-mail bookings@newfrontierstogether.org, putting ‘together@shuttleworth 2010’ in the subject line.
Booking staff cannot answer general queries about the event so for these enquiries please either contact your church co-ordinator, or e-mail info@newfrontiers-shuttleworth.org.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel all or part of your booking before 31 July 2010 we will refund the booking fees on request, less a £15 cancellation administration fee. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled after 31 July 2010, except within the terms of the Newfrontiers Cancellation Policy, details of which may be found here.

Accessibilty
We want to make sure that everyone who comes to together@shuttleworth 2010 gets as much out of the event as possible. If you have specific requirements which mean you may need some extra help – for example, you may need BSL interpretation of meetings (or you can provide BSL interpretation), a disability parking space or accessible loos – please let us know when booking. We will then get in touch to see if there’s anything we can reasonably do to help.
Data protection
Information provided on the booking system will be used to process your booking, and specific items of information will be made available to Church Coordinators to enable them plan your church site. The information will not be used for any other purpose.
