At Together@Shuttleworth we collect different types of information about our users for the following main reasons:
1. To provide an interactive web site where email is used to communicate with the users.
2. To enable you to book to attend Together@Shuttleworth and for us to manage that booking. This information is shared with Newfrontiers who manage our booking system and your Church / Church coordinator.

We are absolutely committed to protecting your privacy. Our policy can be summarised in one sentence: we will not share your information with others without your consent.
We have established the following two principles:
1. We will respect your email privacy. You will only receive email from Together@Shuttleworth in relation to areas you have expressly signed up for.
2. We will not share any individual user details (including your email address) to any third party without your consent.
What information do we collect?
We collect information on our users through registration to attend or be advised about Together@Shuttleworth.
The minimum information we need to register a user for email newsletters is your email address.
We collect information on you when book to attend Together@Shuttleworth to enable us to run the event.
To enable your booking Newfrontiers will also collect your name, postal and email addresses, payment information and information about your booking. Payment information is then transmitted and processed securely and is NOT held on Newfrontiers servers.
Who will have access to your information?
Your information will be available to people involved in delivering Together@Shuttleworth only and will not be available to people outside the administration of Together@Shuttleworth.
