Full details of the Seminar Programme will be here shortly. In the meantime here are some of the people who will be running seminars this year.....and some of the subjects. The times allocated are currently provisional.
Jonathan Bell "Parenting" There’s a Chinese proverb that says, ‘One generation plants the trees and another gets the shade.’ We’re living in the shade of many trees that were planted by our ancestors. Personally, I’m indebted to my parents’ love for God, their love of His Word, their wisdom, their understanding of what’s right and wrong, their discipline, their generosity and their incredible faith. These things provided tremendous shade for me as I was growing up. I now have the opportunity to do the same for my children. Saturday 14:45pm |

Nick Chatrath “Is religion dangerous?” "Christianity is hazardous for the mind, encourages violence, is morally flawed and does more harm than good". This seminar aims to give a credible response to these objections. Sunday 14:45pm |
Dave Coak "Knights of the Realm" How can we as Christians shape society for good? Chapters 5 and 6 of Paul's letter to the Ephesians give us some insights from the apostle, who sees strong marriages, families and workplaces as essential in the fight against evil 'principalities and powers'. This seminar provides opportunity to consider biblical challenge and practical ways of 'winning the battle' in the very heart of our society. Sunday 14:45pm |

David Devenish "The Bible as a story and stories from the Bible” “The Bible is one big story with around 550 individual stories. Most people in the world learn best through stories. This seminar looks at the Bible as narrative and examines the following issues: * How do we teach “narrative style”? * How do the stories of the Bible help us learn better about our faith? * How does the whole Bible hang together? * How do stories challenge and change worldview? * Different learning styles and how these help us in talking to different sorts of people.” Saturday 14:45pm |
Andy Martin 'Living Courageously' How can we maintain a life of faith in a busy world with many pressures and opportunities to compromise? Saturday 16:30pm |

Matt Partridge "Leadership: Substance over Style" In this seminar we look at the essence of biblical leadership. What is the call to spiritual leadership? How does it look? Has our media-hungry culture altered the priorities of a 21st Century church leader? My aim is to present a realistic, biblical and pragmatic seminar, answering these questions. Saturday 14:45pm |
David Rigby "What does Revelation reveal?" The challenge of Revelation is not only the book itself, but also the impact on Christians as we seek to be ambassadors of heaven on earth today. Firstly, this seminar will provide an overview of the book. But, secondly, it will suggest how we might find a life-enhancing and mission orientated response to our study that impacts today’s world. Tony Thompson “Getting to meet the church planters” Church planting - we are planting a growing number of churches across the UK and Europe. Come and meet the leaders of these church plants and find out first hand what we are doing. There will be plenty of time for you to talk individually to the church planters. Sunday 14:45pm Tony Thompson “There is nothing new under the Sun – Learning from what God has done in previous generations” There is nothing new under the sun - There is so much in common between the period during and after the English Civil War and our own day that it is worth seeing what lessons can be learnt from this particular period of history. There were groups seeking to restore the church, prophets with amazing ministries who had great followings and powerful healings. There were major debates about the relationship between word and spirit and about how the church could impact culture with many Christians heavily involved in politics. There really is nothing new under the sun! Saturday 16:30pm |
Peter Vincent “Leadership for the long haul – surviving or thriving.” *What distinguishes leaders who last the distance and fulfill their calling? *How can I build my life up as a leader on solid foundations? *How can I thrive in all areas of my life? Biblical foundations and practical application to help you grow as a leader. Sunday 14:45pm |
